NEW HOME PURCHASE

Our new home purchase program will assist you in purchasing the house you always wanted. Good, bruised or bad credit all qualify under various programs (certain conditions apply).

Good credit up to 100% financing, with certain minimum gross income requirements and the ability to verify your personal income.
Bruised credit. We can provide you with a high ratio insured mortgage (exceeds 80% of the property value) or even if you have been turned down by your bank in certain instances.
Bad credit. We can assist you in most cases if you have a combination of 15% down-payment or a combination of a 10% cash down payment and/or vendor take back mortgage assistance. In the alternative if you use another property you may own or that of a family member as collateral security. We can provide you up to 100% financing and all of your closing costs too (subject to sufficient combined equity).

COTTAGES

New Haven specializes in cottage property throughout the Province. We can finance inexpensive starter cottage or fixer uppers. Cottages that are on ‘back lots’ (without being waterfront), waterfront cottages or waterfront estate homes up to $5 million in value.

We are specialists in providing financing for island properties too.

We finance cottages with no winter access and that are not winterized.

We finance cottages on well and septic or septic and lake water.

FARMS

We finance most working farms such as horse farms, pig farms, cash crop farms, dairy farms, and even hobby farms too.
