We finance land at all stages of development, raw, unserviced, partially severed, severed, with or without site plan approval. Loan to value ratio’s depend on location, zoning and marketability.

We finance lots of all sizes for immediate construction or contemplated construction, island lots, back lots, subdivision lots, estate lots and others.

CONSTRUCTION AND PARTICIPATION LOANS

We provide construction financing for individual homes and small developments. 1–30 units. We will lend subordinate to an existing land loan or existing construction loan. Therefore we can lend on a first or second mortgage.
