Terms and Conditions

1. Membership & Eligibility

The Broker Loyalty Program is a free rewards program offered by New Haven Mortgage Corporation. Membership in the Program (“Membership“) is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual.

2. Membership Tiers; Earning and Redeeming Points

Membership Tiers Generally

There are four tiers of membership in the Program: Basic, Enthusiast, Insider, and Elite. Achieving Enthusiast, Insider, or Elite status requires a minimum number of closed deals per year, as explained below. All membership tiers enjoy a variety of benefits made available by New Haven Mortgage Corporation in its sole discretion from time to time (“Benefits”). Benefits may vary by tier and some tiers may have more Benefits than others. The type, timing and availability of any Benefits (including Rewards (as defined below), special offers, sweepstakes, one of a kind experiences, exclusive events and advance access to products) will be determined by New Haven Mortgage Corporation in its sole discretion.

New Haven Mortgage Corporation may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the tier rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of a particular tier or may terminate a particular tier at any time in its sole discretion, without prior notice except as expressly set out in these Terms or required by applicable law.

Basic

All members are automatically registered as Basic upon enrollment. Subject to removal from the Program (as explained in Section 8 below), a member will remain Basic indefinitely unless the minimum number of closed deals required to achieve Enthusiast, Insider, or Elite status is met.

Enthusiast

Enthusiast status is conferred on those registered members who have closed a minimum of 4 closed deals during one calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). Enthusiast status is good for the calendar year in which the member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required.

Insider

Insider status is conferred on those registered members who have closed a minimum of 6 closed deals during one calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). Insider status is good for the calendar year in which the member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required.

Elite

Elite status is conferred on those registered members who have closed a minimum of 8 closed deals during one calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). Elite status is good for the calendar year in which the member qualifies; after that, annual requalification is required.

Loyalty Program Points

Under the Program, all four tiers of membership will have 10 points (Good Lender Points) credited to their broker profile for every closed deal.

We may offer bonus points events (Point Multiplier Events) from time to time and in that circumstance the bonus points offer would apply. All deals must must be submitted during Point Multiplier Event period in order to qualify for bonus points. Bonus points will only be applied to broker profile once the deal has officially closed. If the deal does not close, bonus points will not be applied to broker account. Separate terms and conditions will apply to each bonus points offer.

You must provide your registered name, e-mail address, phone number, and FSRA license number to have any points credited to your broker profile.

As part of the Benefits of being a member, your Good Lender Points earned may be redeemed for rewards made available by New Haven Mortgage Corporation from time to time in its sole discretion (“Rewards”). You are eligible to redeem Good Lender Points for a Reward if you have enough Good Lender Points in your broker profile for that specific Reward. Rewards can only be redeemed during specific redemption period chosen by New Haven Mortgage Corporation.

Good Lender Points themselves have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Rewards.

Good Lender Point Expiration

It’s our hope that you redeem your Good Lender Points during the redemption periods as often as possible. All unredeemed Good Lender Points will expire when a program member has not engaged in Good Lender Point activity associated with that membership account (through purchase or redemption) for 12 months or more. If you have questions regarding the date of your last Good Lender Point activity or your last purchase, check with your Business Development Representative. If you feel Good Lender Points have been expired in error, please email Lauren Chappell at lauren.chappell@newhavenmortgage.com for assistance.

In addition, Good Lender Points will automatically expire if your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled for the reasons further detailed in Section 3.
